Unwavering and unfaltering. If you’re going to follow someone (they better be fucking awesome) follow them through hell and never question it. If they are the person that you have put your trust in and are mentoring you. Learn their lessons, be the type of follower you hope to have one day. You can’t lead til you learn to follow. Never stab anyone in the back, Trust is a thing that’s easily lost and often never heals. IF you lose someone’s trust you may prevent them from ever letting anyone close to them again. Dont ruin pure souls. You may be too dumb to see the value in their lessons but someone else may miss out on the opportunity to better their lives from the lessons.
Be loyal to yourself; there are few things that a man has total control over in their lives, Their word is the most important. The value of your word has more worth than all the riches in the world or cheaper than that pallet of knock off chinese purses you can buy from ali express. Don’t squander it. I always describe myself as stupid honest. I am far from perfect but I stand behind everything I’ve ever said or done and have no problem telling people what they ask. I make mistakes and will squarely shoulder the blame and readily accept the repercussions of my actions. I have found that in my experience in doing so it often prevents further questioning from my superiors and allows me to protect those that are under me.
